ReLife - Review

Let's be true to ourselves, once in our lives as adults, We really like to escape the reality and go back to the past where we are highschool students. Some may think that if  he would go back to high school, he would choose the things that would really suit him/her. Maybe things like not breaking up with the one we love in the past or doint things right for the secondtime in out life. and that's what ReLife is.

ReLife is written and drawn by YAYOI Sou and moreof a webcomic rather than a typical manga you would see in a shounen magazine. ReLife is story of Kaizaki Arata, an average 27 year old man who was jobless because of some events happened in his past work. He was offered to be research subject mysterious pharmaceutical research institute. And what would be the reasearch?Somthing like a pill that would make you younger that you would look like a high schooler again. The offer was something within a year being a subject , he would be given a full compensation and that after being a subject he would be given a referral to his a company.

ReLife offers something that people young and adult would really enjoy reading it. The young ones would really appreciate this because issues regarding school that sometime not even talked within friends and family were brought up. Issues like bullying, friendship and even about love. What the young ones could looked here is what would the adults do if they were in that scenario. The lessons that you would get here is somewhat realistic.

The adults would also really enjoy reading this because of imagining something like going to high school is somewhat a reality to many adults. Some may say that it would be amazing since you would really stand out since you've already studied it. But the thing is, subjects in high school were tend to be forgotten by many after finishing college, right? You know you've also said this once in you younger years: "I will be _______, what would the subject _______ would do me any good if my job is _______." This is just some reasons that the manga makes the adult realistic. Or even being in love to high schooler (14-18y/o) while you know you are a 27-30 year old man/woman is morally wrong(that is if your somewhat a lolicon or a pedoxxx..hehe).

Also adults, would also see things that would help them up to what they face in reality. Things or events that may end up us adults thinking to end our lives. This manga also shows how cruel bullying in the corporate world is.

To wrap this up, Relife focuses more on the thinking of the people in the corporate world and young people in the high school world. I truly recommend this to be read by high school students for them to know what people in the real adult world would do or say in a high school problems. and I would also recommend this to people who would were currently stressed in their own corporate jobs. This would also can be great stress reliever for you.

Kuroko no Basuke Manga Review

Kuroko no Basuke

Since this manga ended this week, And this week also is the FIBA World Cup. This is worth having a review. and will be somewhat comparing it to the old school basketball manga, Slam Dunk

Kuroko no Basuke is a basketball inspired manga. It talks about a Basketball club that aims to be a champion and enters interhigh school competition and about a sixth man name Tetsuya Kuroko. Basically the idea is that each area in japan does have its own basketball tournament, then the champion and the 1st runner of each area would only have the chance to enter the interhighschool tournament to become the best highschool basketball club in all japan. Interhighschool tournament is much like NCAA in United States is.

Kuroko no Basuke is somewhat can be said as a modern Slam Dunk. But, the two manga really is different. The most obvious is that the rules were totally different. Slam Dunk basketball rules were the old school rules like 30 second violation, the game is divided in 2 halves and i think there was no "no charging zone" inside the paint in the manga. Kuroko no Basuke basketball rules shows the modern basketball rules, 24 second violation, game is divided into quarters and even the tournament system is different from slam dunk. The characters differ so much although some characters look the same in height and in ability.

The two basketball manga shows
its unrealistic scenes in basketball. There is the phantom kuroko, unrealistic three points of shintaro midorima, or even the unrealistic shots done by aomine. slam dunk does have also, the unbelievable jumping power of sakuragi, or how they awfully have a longer time delaying the game for just a mere trash talking of the sakuragi and the other players in court. But I think Slam Dunk is more realistic than Kuroko no Basuke. Or should I say, Kuroko is a way too unrealistic. It may also show how Japanese were not a basketball country or country that have many basketball fans. I can say this since I myself live in a basketball country. I'll show you some I've seen unrealistic.

First and foremost, Phantom Sixth Man, Tetsuya Kuroko. Kuroko is identified as a person who doesn't have an aura that people can't notice him. This is the most unrealistic, why? Let's say we are the mere audience. If you truly watch a basketball game, you would definitely notice the 10 players in court. you would really notice it. I think even your not a basketball fan, you would really see 10 players and notice kuroko in reality.

I know some players who does have the height of kuroko and they can be noticed even if they are in a pool of tall players. Here in the philippines, we have some called "the blur", since he's too fast to be seen its like your just seeing someone blurred in your eyes and what you we'll rather see is that he's already going for a shot. Just like the phantom drive of kuroko. However, He can be noticed not just by the players but as usual the audience. He won't be considered as the blur he was noticed.

Aomine's attitude is again another unrealistic. If He truly loves basketball and notices that no one can beat him in japan, He would rather not go to a japanese school but go overseas in reality. Why? Simple, you would want to go and defeat the best and be the best in the whole world. See this, even if he does have that attitude, or even if the generation of miracles does have that attitude that their the best, their school would be known in world, they would be known by other school overseas and they would really do whatever it takes to get those players. Let's just say, schools in United States, They would really go and get a tall player that can shoot halfway or the whole court. Who would not notice internationally a forward that can shoot anywhere formlessly. Or just the mere fact that murasakibara is tall even the philippines would go scout and try to get that player. Really those were the some reasons Kuroko no basuke is way too unrealistic.

All in all Kuroko no Basuke is an entertaining way of basketball manga since its a story of a underdog team. We all know that underdog team is much more entertaining than all mighty great team. This would entertain basketball fans but not as how they were entertained to Slam Dunk. If you would want to know about basketball, this manga would not that be a way to inform you of what basketball is.I think this manga would only be more enjoyable and a worth to try if you are a basketball fan.

Basketball Manga does have something in common towards its lessons, the heart to finish the game up until the very last second even you will tend to lose or you have a chance to win. they also do heartbreak games. But why became interesting is the heart to sports they love.

Denpa Kyoushi Manga- Review

Denpa Kyoushi

Eikichi Onizuka, Kumiko Yamaguchi(Yankumi).

Some of the best teachers in manga that many students imagined to have. They've reached their students' heart in a way different from what is the typical teacher does. Yankumi lead her delinquent students that being delinquent leads to nothing and finishing their studies would really help them. Onizuka helped troubled students to know their real path in life while their studying and to protect them to right path.

But have you experienced a teacher who's love in anime totally exceed? or we can sort it out as a teacher that is an otaku? teacher who loves going to maid cafe, been in love with a girl character, playing role playing games and really has a blog that concentrated about anime.

Denpa Kyoushi lets you wich again to have a different kind of cool teacher. Kagami Junichirou is a high school teacher and a hardcore Otaku. This manga not just show a different kind of teacher but a teacher who does have a purpose of almost destroying the typical way of teaching students.

As a character Kagami junichirou will also be different to onizuka and yankumi. The most obvious thing is he is a genius. He is not a delinquent that become a teacher but a genius who dreamed of doing a Doko demo door(its the door Doraemon use to go anywhere) and never dreamed to be a teacher. But what makes it similar is that He has is own weirdness that many normal people would seem to see him as crazy. one of the obvious things that normal people see as weird or crazy is the mere fact that he is a hardcore otaku. If you don't think that otaku is not weird, you are an otaku. Even people would normally see you an otaku as a person who do childish acts by reading manga or watching animation in his/her age.He is really different to yankumi in handling his students but more of like onizuka. Kagami Junichirou's ways of handling students is more of giving in to what they want just like onizuka but he always seem to put on a technique that is more or less related on him being an otaku. Some ways he does is, playing games with his students, accepting some students who works on a maid cafe, or even having a general election senbatsu sousenkyou(if you don't know it or if you think a political election up until right now, really? you need to know right now SEARCH IT). However, the similarity of the three teachers is how they accept anyone as their student and never give up on them.

Denpa Kyoushi, will be really good to readers who does have a love for animation, manga, idols or games. All in all if you are a otaku of whatever kind, this is really is needed for you to read. But i recommend this for teachers, most specially for young teachers. This would let you see what are the students right now. This you would what could be the difference of the generation right now and how would they much handled. This manga would teachers to see what type of teachers students want in this generation.

Denpa Kyoushi is for everyone, it really is more youthfully drawn than how GTO was drawn. It also more seriously drawn than how Gokusen is drawn. This would fit for everyone. There might someone see this boring but I think you are truly being off of an otaku teacher but you need to see what lessons this teacher teaches his students and even how this teacher knew what students really need.

Lastly, If you are a person who right pissed off to his terror teacher or having a hard time in school. Seriously, YOU need to READ this!.
